Cinco de Mayo

We are Cinco de Mayo'd out!  Both Colin and I had Mexican for lunch today, so neither of us were in the mood for the food I had ready for dinner.  We had chicken soft tacos with all of the good veggies, guacamole, rice and beans, queso dip, and anything and everything you can think of.... ok... it was just left overs from lunch...haha.  But regardless, we didn't eat it.  However we did have a Negra Modelo that happened to be in the fridge, so surely that counts.
